In opening statements Tuesday, Salnick said Dalia Dippolito knew she was being recorded when police set up the scenario that her husband had been killed. But it was all for reality TV, Salnick said, because Michael Dippolito wanted a role on a reality show. "This reality thing didn't work out the way you wanted it to, did it?" Salnick asked.
