Wells Fargo Dealer Services..Sucks! Just a rant, if you will, about how poorly Wells Fargo Dealer Services issues/mails Customer's Auto Titles. I RECEIVED my monthly bill for my loan with them via USPS mail without fail. My issue with WFDS, other than recent disengaged and unsympathetic phone conversations with "customer service", is since having paid-off the loan several months ago.. ...I DON'T HAVE A TITLE !!! WFDS did send a notarized letter confirming a pay-off. However it's NOT the original title which can be signed over upon sale, death, etc. of the Titleholder. WFDS will NOT REISSUE a replacement, as they say that it was sent "REGULAR" USPS MAIL. I then learned that THEY sent it to my Ex-Wife's previous address (she hasn't lived there for 6 months)!! 1. Why would you send a valued customer's car title regular mail and not REGISTERED! 2. I'm now required to go to the DMV and WAIT to BUY an original for sale, loan, etc. 3. The recepient at the address you mailed it to can now use it for FRAUD!!!! 4. PLEASE FIX YOUR FLAWED POLICY OR CONSUMERS MAY SWITCH BANKS..just sayin'.
